Mattress Mack opened a tuition-free charter school in August 2020 that offers vocational training in several trades including but not limited to electrical. Premier High School will offers students tuition-free education and training.

Along with Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses, students have an opportunity to participate in paid or unpaid internships, receive industry-recognized certifications and even begin careers after high school.
