are consultations free?

kind of. all appointments require a $75 booking fee to secure your date and time. if you hire arc electric for your project, your $75 booking fee goes towards your project. if you do not hire us, the fee is nonrefundable and kept for time and travel. if you miss your appointment, a new fee is required when you book again if you elect to do so. all appointments are a three hour window. so a technician will arrive within three hours of the time slot you choose. please plan accordingly. when booking an estimate or consultation, your time-slot is for just that. we cannot guarantee the work will be done the same day. (unless for troubleshooting, in which case you should book troubleshooting, not estimate/consultation)

how soon can I have my project completed?

project completion is subject to team member schedules based at the time of your request. projects are assigned on a first come first serve basis, not based on project size or scope.

are you a master electrician?

we do hold a masters license and employ electricians of all license levels. we, at our discretion determine what team member facilitates your project and assure you we will assign the team member best suited.

are you insured?

we do carry commercial liability insurance as required by the state of texas.

what areas do you service?

we service all of Texas with a high concentration of focus in Houston, Cypress, The Woodlands, Tomball and 60 miles of.

what areas do you specialize in?

we specialize in commercial, residential, multifamoul and new construction.

do you offer a service guarantee?

we guarantee our labor for 30 days from the date of service. complaints or grievances past 30 calendar days for issues of performance or installation will not be honored.

we offer no guarantee on any fixtures, parts or materials purchased by us or you for your jobs/projects. any grievances should be addressed with the manufacturer within the timeframe specified.

do you offer financing?

we do offer financing on residential projects up to $250,000. financing is subject to standard credit approval. 0% APR promotional financing is available. click here to learn more

what payment methods do you accept?

we accept credit cards, zelle, check, ach, bank transfer, venmo, square, paypal. we do not accept cash app or cash. // venmo @arccypress

do you offer emergency service calls?

we do offer emergency service calls at a rate of $185/hour. this cost covers your visit and labor, by the hour but does not cover parts or materials. we cannot guarantee any particular outcome for service as calls as issues are addressed on a case by case basis and vary significantly.

what areas do you service?

we service all of the great state of texas. any areas within 65 miles of cypress or houston are subject to a travel fee.

do you have a minimum service charge?

effective 05/01/2022— we have a minimum service charge of $275. with the cost of operating our business and providing our teams with the benefits they deserve, we must consider overhead, insurance, operating expenses and so many other things in our pricing.
